A cheap and handy clothes drying rack from Lidl modified with an additional length of plastic pipe so it would fit across the bike rack support bars. Folds up very flat for easy storage when not in use.
Similar racks which are sold for domestic use are found on eBay for just a few £s. I finished the ends off on the added tube with walking stick ferules although not really necessary.
